1About This Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all transport services booked through Pick N Drop Gulf — including pick-and-drop, monthly car lift, one-way transfers, staff transport, school transport, and corporate transport. It explains your right to cancel a booking, the notice required, and any fees that may apply depending on when the cancellation is made.

2Your Right to Cancel

You may request cancellation of any confirmed booking at any time before the service is rendered. We ask that all cancellations are made in writing on WhatsApp so we have a clear record — verbal cancellations or social media comments do not count as a formal request.

The earlier you let us know, the more likely a cancellation can be made without charge. Once a driver, vehicle, or seat is allocated to your booking, operational costs begin to apply and cancellation conditions tighten.

3How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel, send a written cancellation request through any of the channels listed in Section 7. Please include:

• Your full name and contact number
• The booking reference (e.g. PDG-2026-1234) or trip date and route
• A brief reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

4One-Way Trips & Same-Day Bookings

For one-way trips and same-day bookings, cancellation conditions depend on how much notice we receive before the scheduled pickup time:

Premium and intercity routes (e.g. UAE to Saudi Arabia, multi-emirate corporate) may carry different notice windows, which are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

5Monthly & Recurring Transport Plans

Monthly car-lift, school transport, and staff transport agreements run on a calendar-month basis. To cancel a monthly plan:

• Give at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to stop the upcoming month
• Mid-month cancellations do not entitle you to a partial refund of the current month's fee, as the route, seat and driver have already been committed
• Exceptional circumstances (relocation, illness, employer change) are reviewed individually at management discretion

6Cancellations by Pick N Drop Gulf

In rare cases we may need to cancel a confirmed booking from our side — for example due to a serious mechanical issue, driver emergency, severe weather, route closure by authorities, or any other event reasonably outside our control.

When this happens, you will receive:

• A written cancellation notice as early as practical
• Where possible, a same-day alternative arrangement (different vehicle, alternative driver, rescheduled trip)
• A full refund of any pre-payment if no suitable alternative can be provided
• No charge of any cancellation fee from our side

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version with its effective date will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
