A booking deposit is required to confirm your seat and assign a driver. This helps us reserve your route and schedule in advance.

👉 Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

• Driver contact details
• Pickup timing
• Route confirmation

👉 Usually shared within a few hours or before service start.

In rare cases:

• We will arrange an alternative driver immediately
• If we are unable to provide the service, you will receive a full refund

👉 Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• Remaining payment is made after service starts
