When do I receive AED 50?+
Your AED 50 travel credit is issued automatically after your friend completes payment on their first monthly booking. You will see it reflected in your Pick N Drop Gulf account balance within minutes.
Can I invite family?+
Yes. You can invite family members provided they use a different mobile number and email address than yours. Family members are eligible as long as they are new Pick N Drop Gulf customers.
Can I refer more than one person?+
Absolutely. There is no limit on how many people you can refer. Each successful referral earns you another AED 50 in travel credit.
Does credit expire?+
Travel credits do not expire and remain in your account until you use them. You can accumulate multiple referrals and use the total balance on any future Pick N Drop Gulf booking.
Can I withdraw cash?+
No. Referral credits are non-transferable and can only be used toward Pick N Drop Gulf bookings. Cash withdrawals are not available.
What if my friend cancels?+
If your friend cancels their first monthly booking before payment is completed, no reward is issued. If they complete payment and later cancel per our refund policy, the reward remains yours.
