Refund Policy – Pick and Drop Gulf Services
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our car lift Dubai and pick and drop Gulf services, including booking fees, cancellations, and eligibility conditions.

At PicknDropGulf, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality pick and drop services across the UAE. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received.
- By completing a booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
3. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
- The booking/advance payment is generally non-refundable once the service is confirmed.
- This is because resources (driver, vehicle, route planning) are allocated in advance.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service is not delivered as agreed
- Major delay or failure caused by our team
- Duplicate or incorrect payment
👉 All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case
5. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Customer cancels after booking confirmation
- Customer rejects service without a valid reason
- Change of personal plans, job timing, or location
- No-show at pickup location
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24–48 hours before service starts
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe)
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Customers must contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback
- We aim to resolve issues within 3–5 business days
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
