These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our car lift Dubai and pick and drop Gulf services, including booking, payments, cancellations, and service responsibilities.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PicknDropGulf. By booking or using our car lift and pick-and-drop services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to comply with payment processing requirements, including Stripe policies.


2. Services

We provide daily pick and drop transportation services across UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. Services are offered on a monthly or agreed basis.


3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe or approved payment methods.
  • Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before service confirmation.

4. Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels or rejects the service without a valid reason.
  • Valid reasons include:
    • Service not delivered as promised
    • Major delay or operational failure from our side
  • If cancellation is due to customer preference, schedule change, or personal reasons:
    👉 No refund will be issued
  • Refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted within 48 hours.

5. Service Commitment

  • We aim to provide on-time, safe, and reliable transport
  • Pickup/drop timing may vary due to:
    • Traffic conditions
    • Weather
    • Route adjustments

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Be available at agreed pickup time
  • Provide accurate location details
  • Follow driver instructions
  • Maintain respectful behavior

Failure may result in service suspension without refund


7. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • All vehicles are licensed and maintained
  • Drivers are trained and experienced
  • Vehicle type may vary (sedan/SUV/shared)

8. Liability Limitation

  • We are not liable for:
    • Traffic delays
    • Missed appointments due to external factors
    • Loss of personal belongings

9. Chargebacks & Disputes (Stripe Compliance)

  • Customers must contact us before initiating disputes
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
    • Permanent service ban
    • Legal action if necessary

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
